Backpacks & Bag Attachments
If you’re not fully satisfied with your backpack or bag attachments, you have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to contact us for a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
Important Notes:
- Used items or items showing signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.
- Items purchased at a reduced price are not eligible for return due to change of mind.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. Refund processing times depend on your bank, but please allow 5-7 business days for funds to appear in your account.
Customers are responsible for return postage.
Glass Containers
Due to the hygienic nature of glass containers, we can only accept returns if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and still in the same condition you received it. Any glass containers that have been opened or show signs of use will not be eligible for return.
Important Notes:
- Glass containers must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Any containers that show signs of use will be ineligible for a refund.
- Reduced price glass containers are not eligible for return or exchange.
To start a return for glass containers, please contact us via email. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Order Number & Return Eligibility
Make sure to include your order number when returning any item. Returns without an order number will not be processed.
Processing Fees
Please note that returns and cancellations are subject to a deduction of the original credit card processing fees and original shipping.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products to determine eligibility for a refund.
