At NX.co, our mission is simple: create products that last, perform, and support a “No Excuses” lifestyle. Every item is built with premium materials, strict quality control, and real world testing and we proudly stand behind what we make.
Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
All NX.co products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
This includes faults in workmanship, stitching, materials, zippers, hardware or structural failure that occur due to how the product was made.
What’s Not Covered
Our lifetime warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear

Cosmetic damage from normal use

Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect

Damage caused by modifications or repairs not performed by NX.co

Stains, spills, abrasions or friction related marks

Aging or softening of materials from long-term use
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To process a warranty assessment, customers must provide:

Clear photos of the issue

A short video showing the defect, if applicable

Order number or proof of purchase
Once submitted, our team will review your claim.
If approved, we will provide a return shipping label so the item can be sent back for inspection, repair or replacement.
If the Product Is Not Covered
If our inspection determines that the issue is not covered under the warranty (e.g., wear and tear or accidental damage), the item can be returned to the customer.
Return postage will be covered by the customer.
15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your NX.co purchase. If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 15 days of delivery.
Conditions for a Change-of-Mind Return
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused

In original condition
-
Returned with all packaging, attachments and tags intact

Free from wear, marks, or signs of use
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is covered by the customer.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
